• Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for collecting, using, and sharing testimonials from health and wellness coaching clients.
• Consent: Before using any client testimonial, written or verbal, written consent must be obtained from the client. This consent should include the client’s name, image or video and words used in the testimonial.
• Use of Testimonials: Testimonials may be used for marketing purposes, such as on the company website or social media platforms, as long as they accurately reflect the experiences and opinions of the client.
• Confidentiality: All client information, including testimonials, must be kept confidential and used only for the purpose for which it was collected.
• Accuracy: Testimonials should accurately reflect the experiences and opinions of the client. Any embellishments or false statements are strictly prohibited.
• Responsibility: The director and health and wellness coach are responsible for ensuring that this policy is followed and that all client testimonials are used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Review and Removal: The company reserves the right to review and remove any testimonials that violate this policy or applicable laws and regulations.
