A Wellness Coach is a supportive guide that helps people assess their current physical and emotional situation, set wellness goals, and work with them to reach their goals. In addition to being a coach who holds people accountable, the health and wellness coach is ultimately vital to make positive and sustainable behavioural lifestyle changes.

As your holistic wellness coach, I will support and guide you on a journey of adopting healthy lifestyle habits that incorporate nutrition, physical activities, reducing stress & anxiety, and optimising sleep to manage your chronic conditions and achieve your wellness goals through transformational coaching, and empower your wellness and life.


How I Can Help You

Overcoming various health issues ranging from headaches, joint pain, and excessive snoring to chest pains, shortness of breath, being overweight, and premature ageing were some of the struggles I had to face. In the past five years, I managed to recover from these types of health issues by implementing healthy and sustainable lifestyle habits that were an uphill battle for years in the beginning but finally, I did it. Now I am happy, healthy, and feeling strong.

Pursuing my deep passion for Health & Wellness inspired me to help people live healthier, happier and longer life.

A chronic illness is a health condition that persists for years or lasts for a lifetime. Chronic illnesses include crucial diseases and conditions, such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and arthritis.

The impact of chronic illness on people’s lives can be significant and disrupt their lives in several ways. Physically, people with chronic disease may experience chronic pain, fatigue, and mobility limitations. These symptoms can make it difficult to perform everyday activities and can lead to decreased physical movement. Mentally, chronic illness can also take a toll, causing feelings of anxiety, depression or stress.

In addition to the physical and mental effects of chronic illnesses, the financial impact can also be very significant. Chronic disease often requires ongoing medical treatment, including medications, doctor visits, and specialised care. That can lead to high medical expenses and overextend a person’s financial resources.

In some cases, people with chronic illness may also experience decreased ability to work or may take days off from work, leading to loss of income, and decreased financial stability.

Chronic illness can also have an unfavourable impact on a person’s social life.
